Privacy Policy

At Tapu Sepeti ("the App") we care about your privacy. This policy explains plainly what information is processed and where when you use the App.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is kept only on your device (in the App's local iOS storage) and is never sent to us:

• The deeds you save (parcel details, boundary coordinates) and the names you give them
• A cache of parcels you have looked up and of province, district and neighbourhood lists (so reopening them needs no new query)
• Results of satellite-history scans and your language preference

2. Requests the App Makes

To fetch what you ask for, the App makes only the requests below. They go directly to the respective service, not to us, and contain nothing that identifies you (no name, account or device identifier):

• TKGM (Turkish Land Registry and Cadastre): for a parcel query, the point you choose (latitude/longitude) or the province/district/neighbourhood and block/parcel number is sent to TKGM's public parcel-query service.
• Esri World Imagery Wayback: on the Satellite History screen, requests for the parcel's location and map tiles are made to Esri's public imagery archive.
• Apple (MapKit): maps and satellite imagery, the address you type in address search, and directions are handled by Apple Maps services, under Apple's privacy policy.

These services are subject to their own privacy policies. The App's developer does not see these requests and stores no data on any server.

3. Crash Reports and App Settings (Google Firebase)

The App uses only these two Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Crashlytics: if the App crashes, a crash report is sent so we can find and fix the bug. It contains the technical details of the error, the device model, the iOS and app versions, the device state at the time of the crash (e.g. free memory, orientation) and a randomly generated installation identifier. Your name, location, saved deeds and the parcels you look up are not included. Crash reports are kept in Firebase for 90 days.
• Firebase Remote Config: when it starts, the App reads a few settings from Firebase (for example a required update or a maintenance notice). This request sends the app version, the iOS version, the device language and region, and a randomly generated Firebase installation identifier.

Installation identifiers are specific to this installation of the App and do not identify you personally; they are not combined with other companies' data or used for advertising. Firebase Analytics is not used. This data may be processed by Google on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States; see Firebase privacy and security for details.

4. Permissions

• Location (while using the App): to show where you are on the map and to measure the distance and direction to your parcel. Your location is sent to TKGM only when you look up the parcel at your own position.
• Camera: only to show your parcel's corner points in augmented reality (AR). Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
• Motion sensors: to align the AR view and the compass with the direction your phone is facing; processed on your device.

You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Tapu Sepeti.

5. Ads, Analytics and Tracking

The App shows no ads, collects no usage statistics (analytics) and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. The only diagnostic data collected are the crash reports described in section 3.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can delete a saved deed from its parcel detail screen. Deleting the App from your device removes all local data, including the cache. Crash reports are deleted from Firebase automatically after 90 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. It collects no personal data that identifies anyone, including children; only the technical crash and settings data described in section 3 is processed.

8. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Your rights under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are reserved. The developer holds no data that identifies you, such as your name or contact details; the technical data processed in Firebase is described in section 3. 9. Important Note

Tapu Sepeti shows public parcel-query data from TKGM and is not affiliated with TKGM or any government agency. Information is for reference only.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
