Important: The data you enter in the App — such as contact names, phone numbers, birthdays, or reminder content — is not sent to or collected by our servers. This information is stored only locally on your device.

1. Data Stored Locally

The following data you provide for the App's core features is stored only on your device:

Names, phone numbers, and birthdays of people you want to stay in touch with
Reminders you create and your preferences
Notification settings and frequency preferences

This data is never transferred to any server; it remains entirely on your device. It cannot be accessed by other apps or third parties.

2. Usage Data We Collect

To improve and develop the App, we collect the following anonymous, aggregated information in a secure manner. This data does not personally identify you and does not include any content you enter (such as names, numbers, etc.).

Last activity time: Timestamp of when the App was last used
Saved contact count: The total number of contacts you've added (numeric only, names or details not included)
Reminder count: The number of reminders you've created (numeric only, content not included)
Interaction count: Total number of your interactions with contacts (numeric only, no details included)
Device ID: Anonymous identifier used to distinguish between App versions and devices
Operating system version: The iOS version on your device (for compatibility and troubleshooting)
App version: The version number of the Hatır App you are using
Crash reports: Technical information for troubleshooting when the App crashes (e.g., stack trace, device model, OS version; does not include content you enter)

This data is stored securely via Firestore and Firebase Crashlytics infrastructure and is used solely to improve App quality and fix errors.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the usage data we collect for the following purposes:

To provide core App features (reminders, notifications)
To analyze App performance and fix errors
To obtain general statistics for improving the user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal input data is stored only on your device. You can delete all your data through the App at any time. Usage data is kept on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses trusted third-party services such as Google Firestore for data storage, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, and Google AdMob for ad display. Ads may use aggregate statistics (device type, ad impression count, etc.) without collecting your personal content. These providers implement industry-standard security measures and are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users aged 4 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 4. Parents may supervise their children's use of the App.
